For all orders placed through our website, Perfume SA remains your point of contact for customer service, order support, returns and refunds.

3. Product information

However, product packaging, bottle design, batch details, colours and presentation may vary slightly depending on supplier stock, manufacturing updates or brand changes.

Fragrance performance, scent profile and longevity may also vary from person to person due to skin type, storage, weather and personal preference.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand.

Prices may change without notice.

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment is not received, payment fails, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable or pricing has been displayed incorrectly.

5. Order acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance.

We may cancel or decline an order if:

The product is out of stock
The price was incorrect
The product information was incorrect
Payment was not completed
Fraud or misuse is suspected
Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will offer a refund, replacement, alternative product or store credit, depending on the situation.

6. Stock availability

Because some products may be supplied through external suppliers or fulfilment partners, stock availability may change quickly.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with available options.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, supplier processing, stock availability, public holidays, high-volume periods and delivery location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect delivery details, failed delivery attempts, weather, strikes, customs delays where applicable or events outside our control.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled according to our Returns and Refunds Policy.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Unless clearly stated, Perfume SA is not the manufacturer of the products sold on this website.
